We started it because we got tired of watching well-engineered software get shipped into a void. The products that matter are the ones still being used a year after launch, the ones that earned their place. That's the bar at GALE. Every product we build has to clear it.
The way we get there is a small human team making the judgment calls and an autonomous AI workforce doing the work that used to take a full team. We decide what to build, why it needs to exist, and when it's actually done. The agents handle the rest: research, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring.
